Jim Estes

Chief Executive Officer

Jim Estes is Chief Executive Officer of IONX Networks. Over the past 35 years in the telecommunications industry, Jim has held several CEO roles within green field start-ups and rapidly growing private equity backed businesses. As a widely known and respected entrepreneurial business leader, Jim has a strong track record of growth and profitability improvements in telecoms, technology and energy-based product and services companies. He has extensive international experience in Europe, Latin America and Asia, including a five-year expatriate assignment in the United Kingdom. With a strong technical and engineering background and a proven ability to apply that knowledge to successful business strategies and operations, Jim’s broad array of expertise and managerial qualities will be key in driving IONX’s future vision.

Daniel Herb

Chief Product Officer

Daniel Herb is Chief Product Officer for IONX Networks. Prior to joining IONX, with over 10 years of experience working for wireless service providers such as T-Mobile, Daniel’s most recent role was with Vapor IO, a leading-edge infrastructure ‘as-a-platform’ company where he held the position of Chief Product Officer. At IONX, Daniel will drive the company’s product and portfolio strategy; managing all launch related activities for new product implementation, and various product development functions to expand operations for 4G and 5G RAN-as-a-Service infrastructure deployment.

Andy Hobbs

Chief Technology Officer

Andy Hobbs is Chief Technology Officer of IONX Networks. He has extensive knowledge and experience spanning more than 25 years in the telecommunications industry. Prior to IONX, he had leading roles at companies such as Quortus, Samsung Networks, and Airspan where he specialized in 5G, LTE, UMTS, and GSM technologies across Engineering, Product Management & Business Development. At IONX, he has overall responsibility for the development, integration & testing of products & solutions that underpin IONX’s RAN-as-a-Service platform, including Neutral Host RAN, Core Network, Big Data & Analytics, OSS/BSS, and Cloud.

James Wise

Chief Operating Officer

James is Chief Operating Officer of IONX Networks. Prior to joining IONX, he worked for Network Connex, Goodman Telecom, AT&T, and others. With nearly 30 years of experience in the telecoms sector he has had leading roles across every facet of wireless and wireline engineering, site acquisition, and construction. At IONX, James is responsible for overseeing the Global organization’s core operations, engineering, and all deployments. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and a Project Management Certificate from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Mark Meuleman

Chief Commercial Officer

Mark Meuleman is Chief Revenue Officer of IONX Networks, driving their revenue generation strategies. With over 20 years in sales leadership positions, Mark has a long history of driving revenue growth across Fortune 100 and PE/VC backed companies. Most recently he was SVP Supplier Sales at Xometry. Mark also had the good fortune to spend over 8 years providing sales consulting services, where he created and executed the strategies to deliver lasting growth. In the telecommunications arena he led the $450M BlackBerry business into T-Mobile, and prior to that was at Nortel for 7 years. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Washington and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) from the University of Victoria. At IONX, Mark is responsible for all Revenue creating functions, alongside all Marketing activities.

Anthony Lehv

Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Anthony H. Lehv is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of IONX Networks and is responsible for all legal matters for the company. Anthony has thirty years’ experience working with telecommunications companies both as outside counsel and as a senior in-house legal executive. Prior to joining IONX, Anthony served as General Counsel of ExteNet Systems for seven years. Anthony also served as General Counsel and Secretary for NextG Networks through its sale to Crown Castle. In addition, Anthony was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel with American Tower Corporation from 2001 to 2011. Mr. Lehv began his career as an attorney in private practice in Washington, D.C. representing telecommunications and media companies. Anthony graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Art History and graduated summa cum laude from The Washington College of Law at American University.

Eileen Snick

SVP Human Resources

Eileen Snick is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at IONX Networks. Prior to joining IONX, Eileen was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Network Connex and has led Human Resource teams at several telecom businesses, including Ice Mobility, Brightstar and Motorola. She has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. At IONX, Eileen is responsible for leading IONX’s Global HR team, focusing on effective growth, organizational design and diversity strategies, talent acquisition, and employee & leadership development. She will also manage all aspects associated with employee relations, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits.

Paul Trubridge

SVP European Go-To-Market

Paul Trubridge is Senior Vice President of Global Solutions for IONX Networks. Prior to joining IONX, and with over 20 years of telecommunications industry experience he has worked across product management, research and development, and shared network solution development – specifically in the development and scaled deployment of small cell networks. At IONX, Paul is responsible for both Radio Access Network (RAN) technology and solution development for global deployments across each region IONX operates in. Paul brings strong technical expertise in cellular RAN, core, and backhaul solutions to the team, along with a proven track record in strategy and wireless product roadmap development.

Anthonie Wain

VP of Finance

Anthonie Wain is the Vice President of Finance at IONX Networks. He has over 20 years of experience leading finance teams in the telecommunications industry, with specific experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, commercial finance, and investor relations. He has held finance leadership roles at several major telecommunications companies, including BT, Openreach, Virgin Media, and TalkTalk, and has a successful track record in the rollout and commercialization of consumer and business telecommunications infrastructure. At IONX, he is responsible for the Finance department, including accounting and controls, financial planning, and commercial finance.

Wynter Elwood

VP of Marketing & Communications

Wynter Elwood is the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at IONX Networks. She has over 20 years of experience leading marketing and communications teams in the telecommunications industry, with specific experiences in emerging business go to market activities, industry game changing innovation and enhanced customer experiences. She has held marketing and go-to-market leadership roles with several major telecommunications and retail companies, including T-Mobile, Ericsson, Vonage and Williams-Sonoma. At IONX, she is responsible for the Marketing & Communications department, including public relations, demand generation, digital, creative and thought leadership marketing.

Originally trading as Dense Air, we were founded on September 29, 2016, as a telecommunications company specializing in the expansion and densification of 4G and 5G mobile networks. Headquartered in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, we continue to lead our UK and European operations from this base.
